BREAKING NEWS
-- (15 November) Responding to the Republican Party Defeat in the General Election, Ron Nehring, Chairman of the California Republican Party, Hypocritically Calls for "Welcoming New People Who Show Up at Our Door" "To become a majority, our party must also 'think majority.' That means welcoming new people who show up at our door, and making real efforts to go into those communities that don’t yet know the benefits of Republican ideas." Constitutional Republicans have personally seen that the Alameda County Republican Party welcome mat says "Sue You!" and the door is shut on anyone the insular Chairman does not approve. No wonder the California GOP is dying. Read the complete article by Nehring
here.
-- (12 November) Judge Expected to Issue a Ruling in the Near Future Regarding Alameda County Republican Party Chairman Cummings' Lawsuit Against Constitutional Republican Central Committee Members. Thanks to the many people who have supported the Constitutional Republicans in this unequal fight funded by Cummings' deep-pocketed "secret donors" (who he acknowledges, but declines to identify).
-- (29 October) Counsel for Alameda County Registrar of Voters Again Blasts Chairman Cummings for His Lawsuit. The counsel states: "Cummings ignores the plain statutory language and scheme as well as the basic canons of statutory interpretations." See another, earlier, blast against Cummings under "OTHER NEWS AND PRESS RELEASES."
-- (25 October) San Franciso Chronicle Article Discusses Constitutional Republicans and Republican Party's Attempt to Remove Them, and Shows Support by Other California Republican Central Committees In support of the Constitutional Republicans, Sonoma's Republican Party Central Committee chairman, Michael Erickson, said "We're a party that's dying in this state," .... criticizing what he calls "do-nothings and liberals" now in control of the party. "My goal and my hope is to see what we've seen in Alameda County and Bay Area be replicated elsewhere in the next election cycle." We invite you to read our platform on this website to see what we stand for, and to read the complete article here.
SPECIAL THANKS -- Each and every one of our Constitutional Republican candidates would like to thank all of our supporters and the Alameda County conservative base for casting over 67,829 individual votes for us and our mission to help Restore the Republic! Thank you for your support in the June 3rd Primary Election!
MORE CURRENT NEWS
-- (15 October) Alameda County Republican Central Committee Once Again Fails to Achieve a Quorum at October Meeting!!!
Despite the criticality of the upcoming election, the ACRCC once again failed to achieve a quorum, even though the Chairman delayed the quorum call until the very end of the meeting, brought in many alternate members who virtually never show up at Party functions or attend the meetings, and continues to count non-elected "ex officio" members toward the quorum in violation of the Committee Bylaws. As a result, it was again unable to transact any business (even with the "ex-officio" members counted!). This lack of interest is precisely why Constitutional Republicans ran for seats on the Committee.
OTHER NEWS AND PRESS RELEASES
-- Top Alameda County Counsel Winnie Blasts Alameda County Republican Party Chairman Cummings. Winnie states "As he did in his Statement and Reply to Defendants' Objections, Cummings stubbornly insists on arguing that the election of RCC members was not a primary election. He does so despite the clear language of California Election Code Section 316. This position either betrays a deep misunderstanding of California elections law and basic statutory interpretation, or is an attempt to mislead the court." Winnie goes on to state "Neither Cummings nor any other RCC member raised the issue during the public inspection period prior to the election. Only after the other defendants won did Cummings raise the issue."

The individuals on these pages were elected to the Alameda County Republican Central Committee (ACRCC) by the voters of Alameda County in the June 3 Primary. We are committed to the success of the Republican Party, and would like to invite you to join and support us in our efforts.
We are conservative citizens and neighbors, not politicians, who support and will promote traditional conservative principles, including a smaller, more efficient, and less intrusive government, lower taxes without running unaffordable deficits, an emphasis on individual rights & responsibilities, encouraging free-markets while protecting American jobs, a strong national defense, and adherence to the U.S. Constitution.
Today, the Republican Party at both the State and National level is in serious jeopardy. We are close to losing enough seats in both the California legislature and US Congress that the Democrats can unilaterally increase taxes and expand mandated social programs without regard for, or accountability to, the taxpayers.
We intend to help the ACRCC become one of the most effective and well-represented partisan committees in the State of California. We will earn our prominent reputation and accomplish our mission by way of our local party involvement, our Committee coordination, and the dedication of our local Republican base.
Meet our Candidates! We are conservative citizens and neighbors, not politicians. more
